OVERVIEW
The RFA’s 2009 Conference theme is “Connecting to a
Global Marketplace: It’s a Small World” and we invite
you to connect to new business opportunities by showcasing your products
and services to refrigerated food manufacturers and suppliers from
around North America.
The 2009 RFA Exhibition will be held onsite at Disney's BoardWalk
Resort on March 2nd and 3rd, the first two days of the RFA Conference.
The Exhibition provides valuable networking and sales opportunities
in an intimate setting that allows you to develop personal relationships
with new and existing customers. Whether you are just entering the
refrigerated foods market or are looking to expand your current customer
base, the RFA Show is an event you can’t
afford to miss!

and must be completed by 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday.

Member - $1,050/booth
Non-Member - $1,995/booth
How to register for an Exhibit Booth:
Download the Exhibit Application form below and return it along
with payment to: Refrigerated Foods Association, 2971 Flowers Road
S., Suite 266, Atlanta, GA 30341. Payment must be received with the
application to secure your reservation and space.
Space is limited and booth spaces
are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis, so get your application
in as soon as possible. The deadline for Booth Applications is December
19, 2008.
Total amount of rental fee must accompany application. Exhibitors
submitting written notice of cancellation prior to December 19, 2008,
shall receive a full refund. There will be NO refunds after December
19, 2008.

DETAILS:
The 2009 Refrigerated Foods Association Conference & Exhibition
will be held March 1-4, 2009, at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort
in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Exhibits will be held in Promenade
West and Salons 1-3. There is a ceiling height of 22 feet.
All booths are 8’ x 8’ consisting of eight foot-height
background drapes and divider drapes in blue and white. Booths
will have an identification sign bearing the company name and
booth number. The Exhibit Hall is carpeted.
Complete shipping instructions and information regarding furniture,
electrical, air, labor and drayage services will be contained in
the Refrigerated Foods Association’s Exhibitor Manual which
will be sent to all exhibitors from Shepard Exposition Services.

SILENT
AUCTION:
Like the 2007 RFA Conference, this year’s Exhibition will include
a silent auction to help generate traffic in the Exhibit hall while
raising funds for special RFA projects. Exhibitors are asked to provide
one item to be displayed at their booth during the Exhibition and
auctioned off as a part of the silent auction. Please download the

information. Forms need to be returned to the RFA office by January
9, 2009.
Conference Registration:
The Exhibit Booth Fee covers entrance into
the Exhibition. It does not include the Registration fee for other
Conference events. Exhibitors may register for the full Conference
by paying the Conference Registration fee, which entitles you to
attend all Conference meetings, presentations, social functions and
meals. In addition, only registered Conference attendees may participate
in the One-on-One CEO Sessions. The Conference Pre-Registration fee
for RFA members is $925 if paying via credit card, with a $30 discount
for payments made by check. The Pre-Registration fee for nonmembers
is $1125, with a $30 discount for payments by check. The deadline
for these
Pre-Registration rates is January 4, 2009.
Additional information on the hotel and online reservations will be
available in October.
EXHIBIT BADGE ONLY: Allows access
only to the Exhibit Hall. Each company will receive two “Exhibitor
Only” badges per
8’x8’ booth.
These badges will allow admission to the Exhibit Hall only. They
do not include admission to any meetings, meal functions or One-on-One
CEO Sessions. Registration forms will be mailed to you along with
confirmation of booth assignment. All exhibit-only personnel must
be pre-registered as “Exhibitor Only” on a Refrigerated
Foods Association registration form in order to receive an Exhibit
Hall admission badge.
HOTEL RESERVATION INFORMATION:
A block of rooms has been reserved for the Refrigerated Foods Association
at Disney’s BoardWalk Resort. Call the Disney BoardWalk
Resort for reservations at (407) 934-3372. Identify yourself as an
RFA attendee when reserving a room to receive our discounted room
rate of $256 plus tax. Space is limited, so make your reservations
early!
