ANNUAL RFA CONFERENCE & TABLETOP DISPLAY This
year's Conference featured a special event just for Spouses of RFA members
in attendance.
Organized by Mari Jo Prlain of Reser's Fine Foods, the event
included a demonstration by the Hyatt's sous chef and a
social luncheon. From top left: The group received
a briefing from the chef on how to make rice paper wrapped
caesar salad with wasabi caviar. After the initial demonstration,
the spouses were invited to try their hand at filling and
rolling the wraps.
The
2006 RFA Conference closed with a sunset Luau featuring
dinner, a live band, tropical drinks, and lots of dancing!
The
