27th ANNUAL RFA CONFERENCE & EXHIBITION
An exceptional line-up of speakers filled this year's Conference schedule, covering a variety of important industry topics.

Keynote Speaker Thomas Winninger of the Winninger Resource Group explained the strategies of successful market leaders.

RFA Technical Director Martin Mitchell addressed the latest food safety and regulatory issues affecting the refrigerated foods industry.


John King of IPL, Inc. explained the economic and environmental aspects of sustainability during the Organics and Sustainability Panel Presentation.

Gwendolyn Wyard of Oregon Tilth addressed the hot topic of organics during the Organics and Sustainability Panel Presentation.


Karen Bishop-Carbone of Kettle Cuisine, Jody Huemoeller of 3M and Steve Loehndorf of Reser's Fine Foods explained the essential quality assurance practices needed for successful plant operations during the Best Quality Assurance Practices Panel Presentation. John Tracy, President and CEO of Dot Foods, Inc. discussed the rapidly changing market dynamics affecting the food supply chain throughout the United States.


R FA Associate members discussed the latest trends in packaging and design during the Packaging Trends Panel Presentation.


Howard Rappaport of CMAI Global explained the dynamics and drivers in the Global Plastics Business.

Monday's Networking Luncheon included several award presentations, including Conference Committee awards and Membership awards.

The RFA Conference Committee was recognized for their hard work in planning and organizing this year's Annual Conference and Exhibition.


Mark Reser presented Terry Swan of Dawn's Foods with this year's Sircy Membership Award for his efforts in Membership recruitment.
