Customer Privacy and Security
You are free to visit the RFA Web site without identifying yourself, but if you'd like to register for an event, join as a member, or submit your information for any other reason through our online forms, you will need to provide required personal information. We use the information you provide during the membership application to process your membership. It will be entered into our membership database and used to contact you regarding all member-related issues. We use the information you provide during a registration process to complete your registration, print your badge, provide customer service assistance, and include in our event directory. Submitting your information via any of our website forms grants RFA permission to contact you and your company via fax, mail or e-mail, with no expiration date, unless revoked in writing.
All prices are payable in U.S. funds only. Contributions or gifts to RFA are not tax deductible as charitable contributions for Federal Income Tax purposes. Credit card orders are accepted only for registration fees, membership fees, training programs, and publications.
The RFA has a “no refund policy” for cancellation of any RFA Event Registration or RFA Membership Payment, unless specifically stated on the event registration form. Therefore, no refunds will be made for cancellations of membership or event registrations including “no-shows.”
In the case of event registrations, an RFA member already registered for the event may transfer his/her registration to another employee within his/her company with advance notification to the RFA office.
