Megan Levin

Megan came to work for the RFA in 1992. She started as the Communications Director immediately upon graduating from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Meg was named Associate Executive Director in 1997.  After the birth of her second child in 2000, she took several years off. In 2005, she began working part time for the RFA, assisting with Membership and the Annual Conference as the RFA's Membership Coordinator. Marketing Communication Director
Katy Billings


Katy graduated from Kennesaw State University in 2010, with her Bachelor of Science in Communication with a focus in Public Relations and Marketing. After college, she began her career in association management as the Communications Director for RFA from 2010-2013.

Since moving to Chattanooga in 2013, Katy has held various advertising, marketing and communication management roles under Mayfield, Sunbelt Bakery and Grain Craft. Her work has been published in the Atlanta Journal Constitution, Chattanooga Times Free Press and Chattanooga Magazine. She also serves as Co-Chair on the Committee for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s East Tennessee.

In 2016 she began working for the RFA as the Marketing Communication Director. She is enthusiastic about serving our members and eager to immerse herself in all things refrigerated foods!  You can reach Katy at katy@refrigeratedfoods.org.
