Overview:

Do you get  a little confused when the FDA, the USDA, and your third party auditor all seem to speak a different language?

Did you know there are significant differences as to what belongs in a HACCP Plan for the USDA Food Safety Inspection Service (FSIS) as compared to a Food Safety or HACCP Plan designed for compliance with FDA expectations,  and one developed for a third party Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) audit?

Come join three experienced members of  HACCP Consulting Group as we compare and contrast FDA, FSIS, and GFSI HACCP Requirements.  Robert Savage (retired from FSIS), Lynn Hodges (retired from FDA) and Cathy Crawford (former SQF auditor) will lead a 2-hr webinar on July 31st from 1-3pm Eastern to help you better navigate the differing requirements of inspectors and auditors.
