For RFA Members: The Conference early registration fee must be received by January 8, 2014 and is $925. The discounted rate for check payments is $895. After January 8, the rate is $1,025 discounted to $995 for check payments.
For RFA Guests: The Conference early registration fee is $825, discounted to $795 for check payments if received before
For Non-Members: The Conference registration fee is $1,125, discounted for check payments to $1,095; guest fee is $995.
Guests can purchase individual tickets to attend Friday evening's Closing Dinner Pool Party for only for $150 per person.
Three weeks prior to the conference, you will receive a written confirmation and other conference information.
Cancellations made by February 4, 2014, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after February 4th or "no shows"

The Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate is the RFA’s host hotel. All conference sessions and events will be held at the Omni.

There is also direct shuttle service available from the Orlando Airport to the Omni. The cost is $25 one-way, per person or $45 roundtrip, per person. Advance reservations can be made by calling the Omni at 408-888-9220, ext 2.
This year's Tabletop Display will be held Thursday, March 6, 2014, from 4-7 p.m., with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres being served. It will take place onsite a the Omni Orlando Resort at Championsgate.
