For RFA Members: The Conference early registration fee must be received by January 9, 2015 and is $925. The discounted rate for check payments is $895. After January 9, the rate is $1,025 discounted to $995 for check payments.
For RFA Guests: The Conference early registration fee is $825, discounted to $795 for check payments if received before
For Non-Members: The Conference registration fee is $1,125, discounted for check payments to $1,095.
Guests can purchase individual tickets to attend Tuesday evening's Anniversary Celebration at Miramar for only for $175 per person.
Three weeks prior to the conference, you will receive a written confirmation and other conference information.
Cancellations made by February 6, 2015, will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after February 6th or "no shows"

RFA MEMBERS: There are three ways to register for the 2015 RFA Annual Conference:

2. Download a 2015 Conference Registration Form and email it to the RFA Office at firstname.lastname@example.org if paying
3. Download a 2015 Conference Registration Form and mail the form with your check to:
The Park Hyatt Aviara Resort is the RFA’s host hotel. All conference sessions and events will be held at the Park Hyatt Aviara.

You can also make arrangements for transportation from the airport through La Costa Limousine, choosing from private sedans, SUVs and mini coaches. Advance reservations can be made by calling La Costa Limosuine at 760-438-4455. One way fees range from $119 to $245, depending on they type of transportation and number of people in your party. Taxis are not recommended, as they are difficult to obtain and the cost is approximately $100-125 per person each way.
This year's Exhibition will be held Monday, March 2, 2015, from 4:30-7 p.m., with cocktails and hors d'oeuvres being served. It will take place onsite a the Park Hyatt Aviara Resort.
